Building Better Remodeling Experiences for Tacoma, WA, Homeowners

Kotilev Construction, LLC was built around a passion for helping homeowners improve and transform their properties. We enjoy taking ideas for outdated, worn, or underused areas and turning them into finished spaces that homeowners can be proud of. Our capabilities span both interior and exterior projects, allowing us to work on everything from focused updates to larger renovations involving multiple parts of a property.

We believe good remodeling starts with understanding the home and what the homeowner wants to accomplish. Some projects involve transforming several rooms through full home remodeling, while others focus on a specific home renovation. We also handle interior remodeling for homeowners who want to update living spaces, finishes, layouts, kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas. Our goal is to keep each project organized while maintaining clear communication from the early planning stages through completion.

Our capabilities extend outside the home as well. We complete exterior home renovations, siding installation and repair, deck and porch construction, interior and exterior painting, and window installation and replacement. Having one team capable of coordinating multiple improvements can make larger projects easier for homeowners to navigate.

Whether we are updating one area or bringing several improvements together, we focus on quality workmanship, attention to detail, straightforward communication, and completing the job the right way. We want homeowners to feel confident about the direction of their projects and proud of how their properties look, feel, and function when the work is complete.
